Interior and exterior rounds on set routes and schedules, with shift logs and written incident reports provided to property management.
Package and delivery handling
Deliveries received, logged, and held securely, with the recipient notified — so couriers are not turned away and packages are not left in the lobby.

Most buildings run one contract for cleaning and another for security. SPC provides both, so you have a single agreement, a supervisor assigned to your property, and one number to call.
