No two buildings are cleaned the same way. A multi-tenant office with a busy lobby has different needs from a retail center that has to be ready before doors open. We walk the property with you, review traffic patterns, coverage hours, and priority areas, and build the program around what the building requires.
Everything is documented in a written scope of work. That scope is what our crews are trained on and what supervisors inspect against, so you know what is being cleaned, how often, and to what standard.

Most cleaning programs combine several of the following. Frequencies and coverage hours are set to your building.
Nightly cleaning
Offices, corridors, elevators, and common areas cleaned after hours to a documented task list, so the building is ready before tenants arrive.
Day porter services
A porter on site during business hours to handle lobbies, entrances, restrooms, and high-traffic areas, along with spills and requests as they come up.
Restroom sanitation
Fixtures, partitions, and floors cleaned and disinfected on a set schedule, with soap, paper products, and liners restocked on every visit.
Floor and carpet care
Scrubbing, buffing, stripping, and refinishing of hard floors on a maintenance cycle, plus carpet vacuuming, spot cleaning, and periodic extraction.
Trash removal and recycling
Trash collected from offices and common areas and taken to the dock or compactor, with recycling separated according to your building’s program.
Deep cleaning and disinfection
Scheduled deep cleaning outside the nightly scope, including high-touch disinfection, interior glass, vents and fixtures, and post-construction or move-out cleanup.

One provider

Most buildings run one contract for cleaning and another for security. SPC provides both, so you have a single agreement, a supervisor assigned to your property, and one number to call.
